- Understand and evolve Azdan digital transformation and Azdan one propositions. Assess and identify potential clients for Digital Transformation solutions across the Middle East and develop tailored solutions for them.
- Create and establish Digital Transformation awareness both internally and externally across the region, leading Azdan One solutions towards digital reinvention.
- Program management and coordination of digital strategic initiatives
- Conduct rapid diagnostic and/or detailed due diligence to articulate opportunity impact, timing and other parameters
- Build business cases for digital strategic programs and present or support presentations to senior
management to achieve executive level buy-in.
- Develop commercial models as well as business models to suit the commercialization of Azdan serveices and Azdan One solution.
- Develop Azdan One Digital Transformation forecast across industries and territories.
- Up to 50% travel in the MENA region

Deliver implementation projects within scope, on time, at cost, and according to the defined quality standards
- Align with sales, pre-sales, resource management, and consulting teams
- Assist the project team in carrying out all project activities.
- Track important aspects of projects – scope, schedule, effort, staff, risks, issues etc.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, specific to projects, if any Monitor and evaluate project performance to established goals
- Track of full project plans thru’ shifting priorities, changes style, and responds with new approaches as required by changing demands and/or conditions.
- Prepares risk analysis and action plan to mitigate the risks.
- Keep record of project deliverable sign-offs
- BSc of engineering, computer science, accounting, finance, or equivalent
- to 10-year experience in project management
- Minimum of 3-year experience managing implementation projects
- Prior experience in Oracle ERP, EPM, and/or BI is preferred
- Up to 50% travel in the MENA region

- Develop, implement, test, deploy and maintain custom solutions that enhance and integrate core business and management processes based on instruction from Technical Architects
- Prepare detailed Design Specification Documents resulting from meetings with key business stakeholders, integration and business process automation delivery, and guidance from Sr. Consultants and Technical Architects
- Develop solutions of the highest quality in SuiteScript and Java SuiteTalk
- Develop data conversion and testing strategies
- Responsible for conceptualizing and solving complex problems with the simplest solution possible to meet client needs
- Understand documentation standards, and be able to create all standard project documentation.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests or inquiries seeking guidance from Project or Practice Management as appropriate
- QA project efforts and documentation to ensure project decisions/deliverables are sound
- Strong knowledge of Javascript/SuiteScript, Java, SOAP, HTML, XML and SQL
- Must be able to demonstrate functional knowledge of all NetSuite major areas: CRM, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Project Management, Inventory Management, Accounting

- Experience with designing, building and maintaining finance forecast applications/models
- Experience leading process and projects to include gathering business requirements and developing efficient solutions
- Strong analytic and problem solving skills
- Define systems strategy; develop systems requirements; design, prototype, implement and launch solutions
- Tactically develop Hyperion Planning applications, including outlines, load rules, calculation scripts, partitions, forms and security
- Assist with design and build of an Essbase ASO reporting application
- Write and maintain clear, concise functional and technical specifications for Planning and Essbase applications
- Optimization of Essbase and Planning applications
- Providing mentoring & training to the Technical team
- Hyperion Planning and Essbase Experience (4+ years preferred)
- Proficiency in Hyperion Planning & Essbase tools (load rules, calc scripts, forms, business rules, security, MaxL scripting, etc.)
- Experience with both ASO and BSO Essbase cubes, preferred knowledge of MDX
- Experience with Smart View
- Experience with developing Hyperion Planning applications that include multiple currencies and languages
